Overall one night room stay on 11Nov was good. Bed was clean and toilet was spacious and water heater was good enough for a hot bath. Staffs were helpful for check in, validate parking touch n go and also check out process. The floor was a bit dusty. This can be improved.

1. Parking is quite far from the tower 4. very tiring and a bit inconvenient. had to walk a few minutes from the parking lot to tower 4. like there is a buggy but not used to help hotel guests. 2. The pool is very dirty as if it has been abandoned for a long time and has not been serviced. It has moss and a fishy smell. 3. The registration system is quite difficult because you have to use the registration method with a touch screen machine which is unusual and quite difficult for people who are not familiar with such a system. 4. The best is the service from the staff.. very helpful and easy to deal with.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Decent hotel room with basic amenities. Much cheaper and better quality compared to first world hotel. Parking lot is very confusing with different tower.

The view is superb and wonderful place to stay with your beloved ones.

The price is worthy for the room in Genting but we had a few concerns: - face basin is clogged upon checkin - parking ticket validation is on another building - king bed is combined with 2 single beds - soundproof is bad.

Sleeping in the clouds at Magtree Genting Highlands was a surreal experience. The breathtaking mountain views from our room made it feel like we were in a dream. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the crisp mountain air made for a refreshing night's sleep. Waking up to the misty, serene landscape outside our window was truly magical. It's an unforgettable feeling to be so close to the clouds. Highly recommend for a unique and tranquil getaway.
